Chris
Fraser CPA.CITP, MBA, MCP is a Business Technology and IT Risk Management
Consultant. Chris has spent his entire professional career addressing business
information technology needs and developing solutions for those needs, for a
wide variety of business organizations. Past experience, he was the Director of
Consulting Services for a local CPA firm. His experience also includes working
for Big 6 accounting firm and IBM Corporation. Chris holds the Certified
Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation from the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The CPA.CITP recognizes the bridge
between management and the technology department, leveraging the CPA's strategic
and business skills. Microsoft Corp. recognized Chris Fraser as the first
Small Business Specialist in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area

WAYNE N. "SKIPP" FRASER, CPA
Range of Experience-
Mr. Frasers extensive experience has principally been as an audit engagement
partner, serving non-profit and small business organizations.
Professional Background-
He has practiced public accounting in the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years and is a
former partner in the Big Five accounting firm KPMG, where he served as the managing
partner of the St. Petersburg/Clearwater offices. He is currently the managing partner of
Fraser, Culbreth & Company.

Education-
Mr. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in
accounting and a post graduate Advanced Accountancy degree, both from the University of
Florida.
Professional Activities-
Mr. Fraser served as president of the 19,000 member Florida Institute of Certified
Public Accountants in 1996-97 and is presently a member of the Board of Governors of that
organization. He was a Member of Council (the governing body) of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants from 1992 to 2000. He is a member of and past chairman of the
Fisher School of Accounting Steering Committee at the University of Florida and is a
member of and past chairman of the University of south Florida Accountancy Advisory
Council.
Mr. Fraser with the late Governor Lawton Chiles and Buddy Turman, Executive Director of
the FICPA.
Other Activities-
Mr. Fraser is very active in civic and charitable organizations in his community
including the St. Petersburg Health Facilities Authority, Leadership Tampa Bay,
Suncoasters and others. He is currently Commodore of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club.
He is a former member of the board of directors of Bayfront Medical Center, former
co-chairman of the St. Petersburg Community Alliance, past president of the University
Club, past treasurer of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce and past board member
of Suncoast Tiger Bay Club.

HENRY T. "BUDDY" CULBRETH
Range of Experience-
After serving as an officer in the United States Air Force, Mr. Culbreth began his
professional career in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is a former partner in the regional
accounting firm of Cherry, Bekaert and Holland, where he served as the managing partner of
the St. Petersburg, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina offices, as well as Operations
Partner, with P&L responsibility for 13 offices. After leaving that firm, he
established his own office, where he built a thriving practice before merging with Fraser
& Company.

Education-
Mr. Culbreth graduated with honors with a degree in accounting from the University of
Florida. He was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the national accounting honorary, and Sigma
Alpha Epsilon, social fraternity.
Professional Activities-
He is a member of the American Institute of Certifies Public Accountants and Florida
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He has served on the Board of the FICPA
Educational Trust; chaired the University of Florida Graduate Accounting Conference and
chaired the State Board of Accountancys Continuing /Education Committee
Other Activities-
Mr. Culbreth is a member of Rotary, a member of the Urban Solutions Task Force of the
St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, past board member of Suncoast Center for Community
Mental Health, past member of Suncoasters and past president of Family Service Center of
Pinellas County.
